🚀 Most engineering graduates were never trained for the realities of industry.

They graduate with degrees, but little experience operating inside real technical environments where communication, execution, leadership, and systems-level thinking matter just as much as technical knowledge.

Most have never:

• Defended technical decisions under pressure
• Worked across engineering disciplines
• Managed requirements, interfaces, or risk
• Participated in formal technical reviews
• Contributed to mission-driven engineering programs
• Learned how high-performing engineering organizations actually operate

Yet industry expects those skills immediately.

That disconnect is why ACT was created.

ACT stands for Advanced Constellation Telescope, a mission-driven aerospace engineering organization built around Aerospace Career Transformation through real-world execution, accountability, leadership, and collaborative engineering development.

Inside ACT, engineers from around the world collaborate on aerospace-scale concepts involving:

🛰️ Spacecraft systems
🔭 Distributed telescope constellations
⚡ Electronics & embedded systems
📡 Communications architecture
📋 Systems engineering
🛠️ Technical reviews and program execution

In 90 days, engineers gain:

• Real project execution experience
• Leadership exposure
• Stronger communication skills
• Systems engineering experience
• Portfolio-level technical work
• Increased professional visibility
• Experience operating inside a high-performance engineering environment

Most importantly, they leave with proof they can execute beyond the classroom.

ACT was built for engineers who are tired of blending in and ready to develop the skills, mindset, leadership, and execution ability that separate top performers from everyone else.

Building the future of distributed space observation while transforming the next generation of aerospace engineers.
