Emily Condack

Emily Condack currently serves as the Head of Internal Audit at ACT Group, a position held since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG Nederland as Director of Sustainability Reporting and Assurance, overseeing CSRD reports and related services, and Director of ESG Lead in Governance Risk and Compliance Services at LeasePlan, focusing on risk, compliance, and sustainability audits. Emily has also held positions as Global FE & Risk Manager at Nouryon, where responsibilities included managing information risk and improving internal control frameworks, and Senior Manager roles at KPMG Netherlands and KPMG, with a focus on financial services audit and client management. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes managing partnerships at Meridional Inteligência Empresarial and Desterro Business Center. Emily holds bachelor's degrees in Business and Finance and Accounting, as well as an extension in IFRS from FIPECAFI.
