Lisette Jacobs

Lisette Jacobs currently serves as the Chief People Officer (CPO) at ACT Group since June 2025. Prior experience includes holding the position of Vice President HR International at Lamb Weston, overseeing EMEA, China, APAC, and LATAM from June 2023 to July 2025. Jacobs spent over eight years at Lamb Weston Meijer, where various roles included CHRO, Chief of Staff, and Director of HR, Communications & Sustainability. Additional board experience includes serving on the Supervisory Board of International School Breda and participating in the Diversity Committee for the American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands. Previous roles include Senior Manager, HR Business Partner at Coca-Cola Enterprises and roles at ING Life Korea, where responsibilities spanned management development and marketing. Jacobs holds degrees from INSEAD, Utrecht University, and Avans University of Applied Sciences, among others.
