Steph Tan is the APAC Finance Director at ACT Group, where they oversee financial operations and strategies across the region. Previously, they held various roles at Johnson & Johnson, including Regional Finance Manager, where they led FP&A efforts for the Vision Care division and drove significant process improvements. They started their career as a Financial Analyst at Procter & Gamble, gaining experience in global internal controls and regional treasury. Steph is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics from De La Salle University.
