Wouter Smits

Wouter Smits is currently the Sales and Trading Manager at ACT Commodities, where they focus on biofuels and feedstock within one of the world’s leading trading houses in environmental commodities. Previously, Wouter held roles as a Senior Trader and Import/Export Manager at Jaguar, The Fresh Company B.V., and served as a Market Analyst at Weyerhaeuser de Mexico S.A. de C.V. Wouter's early involvement in leadership as Interim voorzitter for the faculty magazine “eloquent” showcased their skills in communication and organizational structure. Wouter earned a Master's degree in International Business Administration from Maastricht University and has also engaged in language studies at various institutions.
