John Starrs is the owner of ACT Consulting, a company that provides career networking and placement opportunities for hiring managers and consultants. Prior to this, John worked as the Managing Partner at American Consulting Group, Inc., and as a Special Education Teacher at ACES. John holds a BS in Education from Southern Connecticut State University.
