Rogério Ribeiro has diverse professional experience, starting with a role as a Checkout Service Co-worker at El Corte Inglês Grande Armazém in July 2016, which provided foundational customer service skills. Following that, an extended period as a Checkout Service Co-worker at IKEA Móveis e Decoração from July 2018 to December 2020 further enhanced customer interaction capabilities. Transitioning to a Service Analyst position at Retail Consult from March 2021 to March 2022 allowed for the development of first-line support skills and familiarity with ITIL methodology, PLSQL, and UNIX. Currently, as a Software Developer at act digital since March 2022, Rogério Ribeiro has solidified expertise in C# development, focusing on object-oriented programming and the design of effective software solutions.
