ACT for Performance was founded in January of 2014 by a group of leading international experts who joined forces to operate differently by working with country systems, applying unique and customized solutions, and accompanying clients in their transformation process while strengthening their capacity. 

As an international consulting firm, we are offering specialised studies, strategy, management, coaching and capacity building services in Africa, Asia and the Americas. With a strong presence in the countries where we work through our network of consultants, affiliates and associate firms, ACT is known for its commitment to the principles of aid effectiveness and for prioritising the voice of partners, the accuracy of its analysis and the strength of its forward-looking vision for social and economic development. 

Among various services, we manage important investment fund, especially in Natural Resource and Climate Change Adaptation, and conduct complex M&E mandate, such as Third Party Monitoring (TPM) or large-scale multi-country project evaluations in developing countries, especially in governance and health sectors with bilateral and multilateral donor agencies, such as the WHO, UNICEF or the WB.

ACT for Performance has established offices in Canada (Montreal), The Netherlands (Ede) and has representations in Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa), Senegal (Dakar) and Panama (Panama).
