Kit Lam's work experience includes roles as a Financial Planning Consultant at Prudential Hong Kong since 2022, a New Products Commercialization Director at ACT Genomics 行動基因檢驗 since 2020, a Sales & Marketing Director at GRAIL, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, a General Manager at Cirina Hong Kong Ltd in 2017, and as Head of Molecular Solution at Roche Diagnostics from 2008 to 2017.

Kit Lam attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Biochemistry. Kit further pursued their education at the same university from 2000 to 2002, completing an MPhil degree in Biochemistry.
