Jennifer (Freedman) Blanco has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Jennifer is currently the Director of Customer Marketing at Act-On Software since January 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Customer Marketing Manager at the same company from February 2021 to January 2024.

From 2018 to 2020, Jennifer worked as a Marketing Program Manager at Jama Software, where they focused on increasing customer engagement through the launch and execution of a user event series called Ask Jama Live. Their efforts resulted in over $200,000 of new pipeline.

In their role as a Customer Marketing Manager at Vacasa from 2017 to 2018, Jennifer successfully managed the NPS program, leading to a 35% increase in NPS year over year. Jennifer also implemented an automated referral program, contributing to an accelerated acquisition pipeline.

Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Account Manager at Movable Ink, where they built relationships with over 50 clients and assisted them with their email marketing campaigns.

Before that, Jennifer worked as a Technical Account Manager at OrderGroove, Inc. from 2012 to 2014, where they successfully managed the implementation of subscription programs for Enterprise and Fortune 500 companies.

Early in their career, Jennifer gained experience at Columbia Sportswear and SOREL, where they held multiple roles, including Go-To-Market Coordinator. Jennifer also worked as a Marketing Intern at Q Productions Inc., LUNA Bar Campus Rep at Clif Bar & Company, VP of Administration at Alpha Kappa Psi, and Marketing Intern at Portland Area Radio Council.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in customer marketing, strategic account management, program management, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and business growth.

Jennifer (Freedman) Blanco earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with minors in Communications and MultiMedia Design from the University of Oregon, where they also focused on Marketing/Marketing Management. Their education at the University of Oregon lasted from 2003 to 2008.
