Cat Palmer

Cat Palmer is a Lead Program Manager currently serving in that role at ACT since 2023. Previously, Cat was an Assessment Supervisor and Consultant for the Wyoming Department of Education from 2021 to 2023, and an Active Learning Leader at College Career and Technology Academy from 2015 to 2016. Prior to these positions, Cat taught Secondary Mathematics at Silva Health Magnet High School and Austin High School from 2007 to 2015. Cat holds multiple degrees in Marketing from the University of Wyoming and California Polytechnic State University, as well as a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from the University of Texas at Tyler.
