Chris Manheim

Chris Manheim is the President of Manheim Solutions, Inc., a role held since October 2008, focusing on certified economic development services for various stakeholders, including local governments and businesses. Additionally, Chris serves as a Volunteer Director for the BASIC Economic Development Course in Illinois, providing foundational training for economic developers. With experience as an Authorized ACT WorkKeys Job Profiler and serving on the Education and Certification Advisory Committee of the International Economic Development Council, Chris contributes to the development of relevant professional certification content. Other notable positions include Municipal Economic Development Trainer at Moraine Valley Community College, Consulting Economic Developer for the Village of Lansing, and Economic Development Consultant for the Village of Roscoe, where efforts resulted in job creation and retention. Chris holds an M.A. in Political Science from Eastern Illinois University and completed post-graduate studies in Public Policy Analysis at the University of Illinois Chicago.
