Cindy Hill

Cindy Hill serves as the Principal Industrial/Organizational Psychologist at ACT since August 1996, specializing in test design and project management, particularly in conducting content validity studies for licensure and certification tests. Prior to this role, Cindy was a Graduate Research Assistant at the U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratories from 1990 to July 1996, where responsibilities included developing an environmental education program, conducting surveys, analyzing data, and creating training materials. Cindy holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University, a Master's degree in Personnel and Organizational Psychology, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Central Oklahoma.
