Colin Dingler

Colin Dingler serves as the Senior Director of Government and Public Relations at ACT, where they lead a team of policy analysts focused on transforming assessment data into actionable insights for policymakers. Previously, Colin held positions at ACT as Principal Assessment Specialist and Senior Assessment Specialist, where they developed ELA assessment tasks and frameworks. Colin also lectures in Rhetoric at the University of California, Berkeley, and has experience as a copyeditor and content developer. They earned a PhD in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley, following a BA in Rhetoric with Highest Honors.
