Deb Toomey

Deb Toomey is a Senior Market Research Analyst at ACT since February 2022, with extensive experience in academia and marketing. Previously, Deb served as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor of Marketing at Northwest Missouri State University from August 2006 to May 2023, teaching various undergraduate and graduate marketing courses, including Marketing Research. Prior to this academic role, Deb held positions as Associate Director of Admissions and Assistant Director of Advisement at the same institution from 1997 to 2006. Deb's educational background includes a Doctorate of Business Administration in Marketing from Anderson University, an MBA in General Business, and a BS in Marketing and Business Management, all obtained from Northwest Missouri State University.
