Mark Larson has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Strategy at ACT since August 2011, where responsibilities include strategic leadership in employee relations, EEO, compliance, and immigration functions. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Human Resource Consultant at ACT from 2001 to 2011, focusing on strategic recruitment for professional, technical, and executive roles while also training employment staff. Mark holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from Iowa State University and two master’s degrees in Human Resource Management and Measurement and Statistics from the University of Iowa.
