Michael Timmins is a seasoned operations management professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Operational Delivery Management at ACT since January 2023. In this role, Michael oversees the delivery of various educational products for five million test takers annually and manages a team of twelve across the United States and India. Previously, at The Princeton Review from July 2018 to June 2021, Michael advanced from National Operations Specialist for Instructor Development, where talent acquisition efforts led to the hiring of sixty new instructors, to Regional Operations Manager, responsible for the quality of test preparation courses in New England. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at Achievement Network, where Michael facilitated training and supported operations across 350 locations, and an Analyst role managing data for over 16,000 students. Michael began a career at Great Oaks Charter School Newark as a Tutor Corps Member, aiding middle school students’ academic efforts. Michael holds an MBA and a Master of Management Studies from Duke University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Wake Forest University.
