Sue Ward

Sue Ward has extensive experience in content development and technical writing, currently serving as the Lead Content Specialist at ACT since February 2013, where responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing programs and representing ACT at various events. Prior to this role, Sue worked at Pearson from August 2000 to February 2013 as a Senior Technical Writer, providing comprehensive communication support for government contracts. Sue's earlier career included a position as a Technical Writer and an Elementary Classroom Teacher at the Iowa City Community School District from August 1988 to July 1998. Sue holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications from the University of Iowa, earned between 2010 and 2014, along with a Master of Science in Education from Drake University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Iowa.
