Todd Nielsen has extensive experience in the assessment and testing field, currently serving as the Assessment Program Lead at ACT since 2014. Previously, Todd held the position of Assistant Director at Iowa Testing Programs from June 2008 to February 2013, and worked as a Principal Test Development Manager at Pearson plc in 2013. Prior roles include Test Development Manager at Pearson from 2004 to 2008 and Program Manager at ACT from 1991 to 2004. Todd holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Iowa, earned in 1991, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the same institution, obtained in 1986.
