Allen Byard has extensive experience in consulting and training for Act! software, currently serving as an ACT! Certified Consultant and Trainer at Best Business Strategies since June 2010. In this role, Allen focuses on helping small businesses optimize their use of Act! software to enhance efficiency and sales. Additionally, Allen has held a position as VP Sales and provides emarketing consulting. Since February 2016, Allen has been an Assistant Track and Field Coach at John Marshall High School. Previous roles include serving as an ACC at Swiftpage and Sage, where expertise in Act! software further developed. Allen holds a Master’s degree in Communications, Advertising, and Economics from West Virginia University, obtained in 2009.
