Bruce has a strong background in CRM, marketing automation, and automotive software engineering. Bruce has also served on the board of directors for Care to Communities, focusing on community-based healthcare. Bruce Reading received their Bachelor's degree in Economics from McMaster University from 1982 to 1985. Bruce later attended the University of Toronto for the MBA Essentials for Managers program, and also participated in the Tuck Advanced Management Program and Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College starting from 1999.
