Jamie Harris

Jamie Harris has extensive work experience in customer marketing, web management, and online community development.

Jamie started their career at Toolbox.com (formerly ITtoolbox) in 2004 as a Senior Online Community Development Specialist and later became a Product Manager for Online Communities.

In 2006, Jamie joined Sage as a Web Managing Editor and eventually became a Sr. Manager for Web development.

Jamie then moved to Act! in 2013 and held various roles, including Sr. Manager for Web and Creative, Sr. Manager for Customer Lifecycle Marketing, and Director of Customer Lifecycle Marketing. Jamie currently holds the position of Senior Director for Customer Marketing at Act!

Jamie Harris received a BA degree in English and Linguistics from the University of Arizona from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Jamie obtained certifications in Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org and Customer Experience Management from Rutgers University in 2022 and 2019 respectively.
