Will Pickering

Will Pickering has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design and management. Will has worked for Act! as the Director of User Experience since December 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Director of User Experience at DaySmart from April 2022 to December 2023. Will also worked as a User Experience Manager at DaySmart from September 2021 to April 2022, and as a User Experience Designer from October 2019 to September 2021. Before joining DaySmart, Will worked as a User Experience Designer at Relias from April 2019 to October 2019, and as an Associate User Experience Designer from August 2016 to March 2019. Will started their career as a Freelance Designer at Wake County Public School System in August 2015 and at Keurig in August 2014.

Will Pickering earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology with a minor in Physics from North Carolina State University in 2015. In 2017, they obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance.
