Burcu Aydin has a diverse background in academia and leadership, currently serving as an Instructor Research Assistant at ACTA (Academisch Centrum Tandheelkunde Amsterdam) since May 2017. Aydin has also contributed to youth development as a Board Member of AFS from November 2017 to January 2021, focusing on supporting young professional returnees in the Netherlands. Aydin holds a PhD in Orthodontics from Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi, completed in 2016, and has additional research experience from Harvard University in 2011. Aydin began foundational studies in dentistry at İstanbul Üniversitesi, earning a DDS degree in 2011.
