Erwin Berkhout

Erwin Berkhout is a Professor of Oral Radiology and Digital Dentistry at the Academic Centre for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA), affiliated with the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and University of Amsterdam. They serve as the Chairman of the Dutch Association for DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology (NVDMFR) since 2017 and have held various roles at ACTA, including Head of the Department of Oral Radiology and Associate Professor. With a background in dental practice, including ownership of Tandarts Loosdrecht since 2005, Erwin has also contributed to the European Academy of DentoMaxilloFacial Radiology as a past president. Erwin earned their degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam between 2000 and 2007.
