Lisa Honaker

Lisa Honaker currently serves as the Vice President of Account Management at Actabl since June 2025 and is a Featured Thought Leader at Sales Assembly, focusing on multi-threading and practical tools to enhance opportunities and mitigate risks within accounts. Additionally, Lisa is a member of Gain Grow Retain, a community for Customer Success leaders. Previously, Lisa held the position of Senior Director of Account Management at Highspot, where leadership centered on customer growth and retention, and served as Managing Director of Full Cycle Sales & Customer Success at FedEx Office, spearheading strategic sales for Fortune 500 companies. Lisa earned an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Richmond and has completed several executive education programs, including Women in Executive Leadership at Cornell University and Leadership Effectiveness at UNC Kenan-Flagler.
