Aisling (Ash) Cotter is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as the Director of EMEA Client Strategy at Actalent and as the Country Manager for Singapore at TEKsystems. With a strong background in marketing and digital recruitment, Aisling has led teams at Aston Carter and TEKsystems, focusing on delivering top talent in various sectors. Aisling began their career as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in superannuation and has built extensive experience within the Allegis Group since 2012, including roles in senior management and consultancy. Aisling holds a BA HONS in Marketing and Event Management from Dublin Business School.
