Betsy Johnson

Betsy Johnson is an experienced recruiter currently serving as the Recruiter Practice Lead at Actalent since April 2021, where Betsy has also held roles as an Aerospace and Defense Recruiter and Account Recruiting Manager. Prior to Actalent, Betsy was a Senior Aerospace and Defense Recruiter at Aerotek from May 2019 to April 2022, specifically focusing on the aerospace and defense sector in Colorado. Betsy has also worked in healthcare recruitment at Boiler Communication and gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at WBAA, as well as event management skills during a Communication Internship at Victory Sun Inc. Betsy’s career began with a customer service role at Kits and Kaboodle, where strong interpersonal skills were developed. Betsy holds a degree from Purdue University, completed in 2019.
