Chris Welbaum

Chris Welbaum is a seasoned professional in right of way operations with extensive experience since 2014 as a Senior Right of Way Agent at Actalent. In this role, Chris performs complex right of way functions, overseeing property appraisal, acquisition, and relocation activities while managing project compliance and staff development.
