Christopher Pacchiana

Christopher Pacchiana currently serves as the Director of Market Operations at Actalent, where oversight includes engineering and science teams as well as corporate talent solutions. Previously, Christopher held a similar role at Aston Carter, managing sales and fulfillment operations across 11 offices and contributing to the development of the company's diversity and inclusion strategy. Prior to Aston Carter, Christopher was involved with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society as the Corporate Walk Chair for the Fairfield County Light the Night Campaign, achieving significant fundraising success. Christopher's early career at Aerotek included various leadership roles, ultimately serving as the Director of Business Operations. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
