Jim Campione serves as the Director of Vertical Sales-Transportation at Actalent since June 2021 and has held multiple leadership roles at Aerotek since March 2007, including Executive Director of Strategic Sales & Operations-Aerotek Automotive and Director of Human Capital Solutions. With a strong background in Human Capital Solutions, Jim Campione possesses expertise in business development, customer relationship management, market research, and strategic planning. Jim Campione is also a member of the Aerotek Executive Advisory Board and the Aerotek Diversity Board, contributing to initiatives in recruiting, organizational development, and operations management. Jim Campione earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Alma College.
