Jon Billingslea is a performance-oriented Financial and Operations Leader currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations at Actalent. With over 15 years of experience, Jon has developed and implemented strategies that significantly drive revenue, such as creating sales compensation plans that contributed to growth of $315M at EASi. Jon has demonstrated impactful management skills, growing teams and enhancing operational performance, and received accolades including the MVP and Significant Impact awards at the Global Summit.
