Lia Spanos

Lia Spanos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Actalent since December 2023, Lia previously held the role of Senior Manager and Organizational Development Manager at Aston Carter from July 2021 to December 2023. Lia's career began at Aerotek, where multiple roles included Project Manager, Assistant Controller, Supervisor, Supervisor Trainee, and Business Operations Associate from June 2011 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes an internship at the York County District Attorney's Office focusing on Victim Witness Assistance in 2010. Lia earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Baltimore between 2012 and 2015 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from York College of Pennsylvania, completed in 2011.
