Matt Lipp

Matt Lipp is a seasoned professional in talent solutions and operations management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Regional Operations at Actalent since June 2021. In this role, Matt oversees teams that support engineering and science services, as well as corporate talent solutions under the Aston Carter sub-brand. Prior to this, Matt held various positions at Aerotek from February 2005 to June 2021, including Director of Sales Operations and Director of Business Operations, where responsibilities included managing field offices and fostering customer relationships. Matt's educational background includes a degree in International Management from St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School and ongoing executive education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School.
