Matthew Spain

Matthew Spain is a Technical Recruiter at Actalent since June 2021, previously serving as a Recruiter at Aerotek from June 2019 to June 2021. Matthew's early career includes the role of Director of Campus Affairs with the Associated Students of the University of the Pacific, where collaboration with the President and Cabinet focused on planning events and enhancing student engagement. An Admissions Recruiter Intern at Pacific Legal Scholars, Matthew was involved in outreach to prospective students and the admissions decision process. Matthew also held leadership positions within Beta Theta Pi, including Vice President and Recruitment Chairman, where responsibilities encompassed planning events and developing recruitment strategies. Matthew holds two Bachelor's degrees in Philosophy and Religion/Religious Studies from the University of the Pacific, graduated in 2019.
