Randy Ingraham is an experienced training and operations manager with a career spanning over three decades in the staffing and services industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Services Training for Actalent since July 2021, Randy leads learning and development initiatives and conducts needs assessments to support business goals. Previously, Randy functioned as the Manager of Services Training at Aerotek/EASi since January 2018, where responsibilities included creating training materials and aligning them with business needs. Randy’s earlier roles at Aerotek and TEKsystems included positions such as Sales Manager, Director of Business Operations, and Account Executive. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art from Michigan State University.
