Stefano Spinelli

Stefano Spinelli is an experienced professional in recruitment and operations, currently serving as the Director of Recruiting Operations at Actalent since January 2020, where leadership and team management are central to guiding teams under the Actalent and Aston Carter brands. Prior to this role, Stefano held the position of Director of Market Operations at Actalent, focusing on market strategy development to enhance competitiveness in the engineering and sciences sectors. From July 2014 to January 2020, Stefano worked at Aerotek, initially as a Recruiter, then as an Account Manager, and ultimately as a Business Development Executive for Canada, where client acquisition and relationship management were key responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a sales and marketing role at VPR Impex from 2011 to 2014.
