Steve Tannert is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the engineering and sciences sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Actalent since June 2021, Steve oversees Ohio operations to effectively meet the needs of clients and consultants. Prior to this role, Steve held several positions at Aerotek from 2008 to June 2021, including Director of Operations for Engineering & Sciences, where leadership capabilities were demonstrated in managing teams and performance. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Pre-Employment Screener at Research Associates, Inc. Steve Tannert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Business, and German from Kent State University, complemented by studies at Leipzig University and Universität Greifswald.
