Steven Root is a highly experienced engineering professional with a career spanning several decades in the electric utility sector. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Actalent since February 2024, Steven previously held various roles at American Electric Power from July 1985 to February 2024, including Region Support Manager and Project Design Supervisor, responsible for Distribution Engineering functions and overseeing engineering staff respectively.
