Tom Walters has extensive experience in recruiting, particularly in software development and embedded systems. Currently serving as the Recruiter Practice Lead and Senior Recruiter at Actalent since July 2021, Tom is responsible for the full life cycle recruiting of various technical roles, including software engineers and systems engineers. Prior to this role, Tom worked as an Embedded and Software Development Recruiter at Aerotek from September 2017 to July 2021. Tom's career began at PNC as a BSSR (MLO) from November 2015 to September 2017. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from Grand Valley State University, earned between 2011 and 2014.
