John Burgon

John Burgon is an experienced professional in the scaffolding and planning industry, currently serving as a SIPS Planner at ExxonMobil since December 2020. Concurrently, John has been involved in planning and scoping at Bilfinger UK since September 2019. Prior to these roles, John amassed extensive experience in various scaffolding positions, including Advanced Scaffolder and Planner at Actavo since February 2012, and roles with companies such as Pyroy, Deborah Services ACTAVO, and SGB UK Access. Notable projects include building a film set for the CBEEBIES cartoon "Waybaloou" and working on the Type 45 Destroyers. John began a career in scaffolding in 1995 with Turner Access Ltd, progressing from a trainee to a skilled scaffolder through diverse projects across the UK and Ireland. Education was completed at Crookston Castle High School from 1991 to 1995.
