Deme Shor

Deme Shor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service, project management, and operational planning, currently serving as a Senior Zendesk Administrator Specialist at ActBlue since March 2018. Deme has held various roles within ActBlue, including Zendesk Administrator and Workflow Specialist, focusing on enhancing usability and efficiency of the Zendesk platform for the customer service department. Prior to this, Deme worked at Survey Research Lab as a Senior Donor Support Associate and Interview Coordinator, and held positions at organizations such as the Community Cycling Center, JustGive, LYRIC, Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, and Cascade AIDS Project. Deme holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from American University.
