Benjamin Feder is a Partner at Strauss Malk & Feder LLP in the Wealth Protection Planning Group. With extensive experience in estate and gift tax planning, asset protection planning, and estate and trust administration, Ben also handles complex will and trust controversy and litigation. Benjamin is a Fellow at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and previously worked as an Attorney at Horwood Marcus & Berk and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. Ben holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a BA in Economics and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
