Lorraine Cavataio

Lorraine Cavataio is a seasoned attorney with over 20 years of experience specializing in business law, estate planning, and litigation in Southern Illinois and Missouri. Currently serving as the Managing Shareholder of the O’Fallon Office and Intellectual Property Practice Group Leader at Sandberg Phoenix, Lorraine effectively represents clients in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, trusts and wills, and estate administration. Additionally, Lorraine is a Fellow at the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and holds both a JD from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas. A Certified Public Accountant, Lorraine has successfully navigated numerous estate tax issues and is available for presentations on various legal topics.
