Nate Brown

Nate Brown is a Partner in the Private Client Group at McDermott Will & Emery, operating from the Chicago, Illinois, and Miami, Florida offices. They focus on counseling individuals, families, and business owners in estate planning strategies aimed at wealth transfer. Previously, Nate worked as a Tax Attorney at Dow Lohnes PLLC and served as Senior Counsel in Private Client Services at Proskauer Rose LLP. They also interned at the First Circuit Court of Appeal and held a position as a Tax Associate at Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen. Nate holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and a JD from the University of Maine School of Law, and they are currently a Fellow at The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
