Aisha Siddiqua

Aisha Siddiqua is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the HR Admin Manager and Country Human Resources Officer at Acted since September 2018. Aisha has also held various HR positions, including Human Resources Officer and Human Resources Assistant within the same organization. In addition to these roles, Aisha is the Chairperson of the HR Working Group since January 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Administrator at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) from October 2017 to September 2018. Aisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the University of South Asia, a Master of Science (MS) in Botany from National University, Bangladesh, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (PGDHRM) from Bangladesh Institute of Management (BIM), and a Certified Human Resources Generalist (CHRG) certification from WARD Academy.
