Constance Chair is a humanitarian with extensive experience in project management and evaluation within the non-profit sector. They served as an Assistante cheffe de projet en innovation at Croix-Rouge française in 2022, where they developed and coordinated an innovative digital solution. Currently, they hold various positions at Acted in Sudan, focusing on MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) for emergency response. Constance has also collaborated with the CREATE! Center for Renewable Energy in 2023 to implement impact measurement strategies for community gardens in Senegal. They earned a Master’s degree in Development Economics and International Project Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil in 2023.
