Cyrielle Houbin is currently a Senior MEAL Officer for the Libya/Tunisia mission at ACTED and has previously held various roles within the organization. In 2020, Cyrielle served as the Responsable de la Collecte Nationale for Les Restos du Coeur, where they coordinated 13 distribution centers and collected 82 tons of food in just two days. They also contributed to local solidarity projects with Forum réfugiés - Cosi, developing intervention strategies and monitoring tools. Cyrielle earned a Master's degree in Conception and Engineering of Development Projects from Université de Bordeaux.
