Erika Rizzo

Erika Rizzo is a seasoned professional in monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) with extensive experience in designing and implementing strategies across various projects. Currently serving as the MEAL Country Manager at Acted since March 2023, Erika oversees the execution of a comprehensive MEAL strategy and provides data-driven insights to enhance project effectiveness. Previous roles include Senior MEAL Officer at Acted, where Erika developed research methodologies and high-quality reports, and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Analyst at Forcier, leading data analysis for FCDO-funded projects. Erika's early career included positions at Trust Consultancy and Development, Norwegian Refugee Council, and Norges Røde Kors, complemented by a Master's degree in International Development Studies from NMBU and a degree in International Strategic Defense and Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
