Frances Oppermann

Frances Oppermann is currently the Country Director for ACTED Ukraine, overseeing operations and programmatic initiatives in response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis. They previously served as a Project Development Manager and Deputy Country Director within ACTED, where they managed emergency responses and facilitated the expansion of programming. Frances has experience with AIESEC in the United States, contributing as a coach and facilitator, and has held various roles in health and community development organizations. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
